The Billy Goat Chip Company is looking for a part-time office assistant(15-20hrs per week).
Responsibilities include; general reception duties; database entry to include, updating customer accounts, inputting customer orders, and creating invoices; maintain office filing systems; monitor office supplies and perform errands that assist in daily operating functions; basic bookkeeping to include, processing accounts payable and receivable, enter weekly payroll data and maintain up-to-date employee information.
